What are payment terms for website designs?
All customers must pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit in order for us to start work on your website. Most websites are completed within 1-3 weeks. The remaining 50% is paid on completion of the website design/or when the website design is uploaded and visible online.
If there are delays your side with text for the website, images for the website or general design changes and requests, you must still pay the 50% balance within 4 weeks of your initial 50% deposit. This is because we guarantee to complete work within our timeframe but ONLY if the client is quick to respond to our emails and request design changes.
