NO! Absolutely not! The price we quote is the price you pay. As long as you are open and transparent with us from the start about your exact requirements!

Most projects require a minimum of a 50% deposit to start work with the balance paid on completion prior to the website launch.

We might be able to provide a different payment plan however, this is at the discretion of our CEO.

Unfortunately we do not advertise or showcase any work we have done!. This is to protect our clients designs and ensure other rival companies cannot copy their designs.

There are many illegal and illegitimate designers in Thailand who visit our website to copy our customer website designs, their text, their images and other aspects of our websites and sell them to similar companies.

Sometimes these illegal workers also masquerade as a customer by sending fake enquires to request for us to send all our work to them.

Our main priority is, and always will be to protect our clients in the best possible way.

Generally speaking it would normally take at least 1 week to build a website however, every website we build will be unique in it’s design and tailor designed for each client. Therefore, there is no exact timeframe we can provide as the completion time will depend on a number of factors.

We can almost start any project on the same day you send us an enquiry and pay a deposit for the work to be carried out.

In very rare cases we might have a backlog of work and if we do, we will always notify you prior to going ahead with your new web design.

Initially we can design your website while you are preparing the text and images for your website. If you don’t yet have text or images or need help with this, it is possible for us to assist with this. All you need to do is tell us what you have and what you don’t have.

We can start a design using dummy text and images and replace the dummy text and images at a later date during the designing of your website prior to the official launch.

In almost all cases you will be assigned the best member of staff for the job in hand. For example, the best in-house web designer will be in charge of designing your website. If you choose an SEO and Marketing package to run alongside your website, then you will be provided with the best SEO and marketing member of staff within our company to run and manage that aspect of your website.

In general however, we all work as a team to produce the best results as we all have special skillsets we can each bring to the table.

We don’t really have set working hours as our office is usually always open. That being said, we can not take calls early hours of the morning with regards to web design questions.
